I have been doing business with Woods for decades. Each and every time I have been more than pleased. Today I ordered flowers for my wife . This afternoon someone called and some of the flowers in the arrangement i picked out were not available and would I mind substitutions. I asked if there would still be some roses. The lady said oh yes. She said don’t worry we will make it beautiful for her.

True to their Word as normal it was beautiful and my wife was more than pleased. I will always vouch for Woods. You will not be disappointed.

This is the bouquet I ordered; it is not what I got. However, I was informed by Quincey that they could not get the stargazer lilies, but that she would make me something beautiful; and she did!! When I went to pick up my order, there were beautiful stargazer lilies in my arrangement and another arrangement full of them! So even though I did not get what I ordered, she went above and beyond to make it right and did it beautifully!! I will always use Woods flowers for any arrangement needs and will recommend them to everyone!!

I am a notorious procrastinator. The gift I made my sister wasn't even mailed yet and it was already her birthday! So to make sure she knew how much I love her, I asked Woods Flowers to save the day. She doesn't see well so I picked the arrangement by scent (based on the photo). She said they smelled amazing!
